Mills Properties Inc. is seeking a Groundskeeper to help keep our properties in top condition across Missouri communities. You’ll be responsible for outdoor maintenance, landscaping support, and keeping common areas clean and inviting for residents.

Pay is based on experience, with most team members earning $17–$18.61/hr. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards Package including health benefits, retirement contributions, PTO, holidays, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience with groundskeeping preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to communicate well and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Keep all property areas clean and attractive, including walkways and amenities.
• Assist with minor landscaping cleanup and seasonal projects to maintain curb appeal.
• Support maintenance staff, respond promptly to service requests, and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Report safety concerns or hazards to management.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and snow removal when needed.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure contract standards are met.
