Job summary

DBS Staffing Services Inc. is seeking a Groundskeeper and Driver to support our customer in Norfolk, VA. The role combines outdoor grounds maintenance with daily local transportation for the crew in a company vehicle.

The ideal candidate has a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Prior landscaping experience is preferred but training will be provided to the right applicant.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Experience in landscaping preferred but training provided.
• Ability to drive a pickup truck.
• Positive attitude and excellent customer service.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine landscaping and groundskeeping tasks (mowing, weeding, trimming).
• Ensure grounds are clean, well-maintained and debris-free.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools.
• Provide safe and reliable transportation for the crew daily in company vehicle.
