Job summary

DBS Staffing Services Inc. is seeking a Groundskeeper and Driver to support our customer in Norfolk, VA. The role combines outdoor grounds maintenance with daily local transportation for the crew in a company vehicle.

The ideal candidate has a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Prior landscaping experience is preferred but training will be provided to the right applicant.

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our customer's team in Norfolk, VA. As a Groundskeeper and Driver, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the appearance and safety of residential and commercial areas grounds while also providing transportation for the crew clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Performing routine landscaping and groundskeeping tasks, such as mowing, weeding, and trimming
• Ensuring that the grounds are clean, well-maintained, and free of debris
• Operating and maintaining landscaping equipment and tools
• Providing safe and reliable transportation for the crew daily in the company vehicle

Job Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping preferred, but not a requirement. Training will be provided.
• Ability to drive a pick up truck.
• Positive attitude and excellent customer service
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
