Job summary

Aramark Corporation is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain and improve outdoor spaces at our Kentucky site. The role involves mowing, trimming, leaf removal and snow/ice tasks as needed, following sustainability guidelines and ensuring safe operation of landscape equipment.

The successful candidate will have experience in groundskeeping, a non-commercial driver’s license, and the ability to perform physical tasks in varying weather conditions. Uniforms and PPE may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in groundskeeping or horticulture preferred.
• Non-commercial driver's license required.
• Must be able to adhere to safety procedures.
• Work involves exposure to extreme temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and improves facility grounds based on sustainability guidelines.
• Applies planned designs to resolve landscaping needs.
• Plants, mows, weeds, fertilizes, sweeps, rakes, salts; handles snow removal when needed.
• Operates equipment including mowers, saws, weed eaters, hedge trimmers and sprayers.
• May operate trucks, tractors and attachments to maintain grounds as needed.
• Cleans and maintains sidewalks, driveways and parking areas.
• Performs routine maintenance and minor repairs on lawn equipment.
• Follows safety policies and reports malfunctions to supervisor.
