Come join the Weigand-Omega Team for this exciting opportunity. We are looking to add a Custodian with our team at Bridgeport Apartments, located in Kansas City, Mo. The Custodian will perform janitorial and light maintenance duties in a professional manner and on a timely basis. Knowledge, Abilities and Other Qualities

• The employee shall perform his/her duties using standard levels of productivity and dependability, ensuring completion in a timely and zero-defect manner.
• The employee must be customer service oriented and genuinely support and promote good resident/tenant relations and service.
• The employee must have the ability to work independently, a willingness to learn, and good communication skills. The employee should also be willing to participate fully in staff meetings and designated training programs. Mop, broom, vacuum cleaner, carpet cleaning equipment, buffer, stepladder, and any other equipment needed will be used to complete assigned tasks.
• Must have a telephone where you can be reached.

Experience, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No formal training required, just a willingness to work and learn.
