We are seeking a Custodian at Bridgeport Apartments in Kansas City, MO, to perform janitorial and light maintenance duties professionally and promptly. Knowledge, Abilities, and Other Qualities

1. The employee shall perform duties with standard levels of productivity and dependability, ensuring timely and defect-free completion.
2. Must be customer service-oriented, supporting and promoting good resident/tenant relations.
3. Ability to work independently, willingness to learn, good communication skills, and participation in staff meetings and training programs.
4. Use of equipment such as mop, broom, vacuum, carpet cleaner, buffer, stepladder, and other necessary tools to complete tasks.
