Position: Groundskeeper

Location: Beechwood at the Preserve

Pay Range: $15.00/hr - $17.00/hr (based on skills and experience)

Principal Objectives of the Groundskeeper

The Groundskeeper maintains the grounds of the property, aiming for satisfactory cash flow, positive resident relations, and optimal resident retention.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Maintain and beautify the property grounds.
• Assist in community engagement activities.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure property standards.

Qualifications

• Interest in property maintenance and community building.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in property management is a plus.

Work Hours & Benefits

• Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.
