Groundskeeper at Valley View Apartments

With nearly 40 years of industry experience, we are expanding our footprint. We have over 35 communities across Wisconsin and Illinois, with upcoming projects, providing opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with seasonal projects, acting as a liaison for onsite contractors performing electrical work.
• Perform seasonal grounds work to maintain clean, well-kept surroundings, including debris cleanup, flower bed planting, weeding, lawn care, and cleaning/stocking dog stations.
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as bathrooms, hallways, fitness centers, and community rooms.
• Conduct light maintenance tasks like changing bulbs, testing alarms, light painting, and preparing apartments for new residents.
• Be available for snow removal during winter months.

General Requirements:

• Demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and tactfulness.
• Follow fair housing laws, OSHA/safety regulations, and company policies (training provided).
• Possess a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license with a clean record, and auto insurance (preferred).

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
