Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Grounds Crew Member to maintain the resort grounds, plants, and landscaping. You will be responsible for watering, trimming, planting, and keeping outdoor spaces pristine across the Ohio property.

Valid driver?s license and knowledge of planting/shrub maintenance are required. Join a team delivering guest experiences while ensuring safe, well-kept outdoor areas at our Ohio resort.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver?s license to drive company truck.
• Knowledge in planting and shrub maintenance required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all plants and grounds: water plants, trim and prune trees, shrubs, and grass.
• Trim, prune, fertilize and maintain all trees, plants and shrubs on the grounds.
• Plant grass, flowers, trees, and shrubs as needed throughout the resort grounds.
• Use all tools and equipment safely and per instructions.

Facilities-Grounds Staff

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seekinga Grounds Crew Member.In this role, youare responsible for maintaining the grounds outside of the building to include but not limited to trimming of grass, trees, shrub removal, and planting of all types of plants, as well as snow removal and hazards/obstructions removal.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain all plants and grounds to include but not limited to pick up all trash, water all plants, shrubs, trees, flowers, as necessary.
• Trim, prune, fertilize and maintain all trees, plants and shrubs on the grounds.
• Plant grass, flowers, trees, and shrubs throughout the resort grounds as needed.
• Use all tools and equipment safely and per instruction specifications.
