Job summary

Atmosphere Apartments in San Diego, CA is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain exterior spaces, amenities, building exteriors and common areas of a multi-family community.

This full-time role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a pay range of $19.00 to $20.00 per hour, with CONAM Management Corporation supporting resident quality of life and property upkeep.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of grounds experience preferred.
• Demonstrated excellence in customer relations and interpersonal communications.
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and multi-task effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and highly developed organizational skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned minor and routine service requests as requested by Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor and assist during the turn process.
• Inspect the community throughout the day to remove debris, and ensure all common areas and amenities are always neat and free of litter.
• Remove debris and remaining items from vacant units prior to starting the make-ready process, transfer trash to dumpster or storage area as applicable, and clean and maintain storage areas.
• Other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a Groundskeeper to join our team at Atmosphere Apartments in San Diego, CA. This position is responsible for the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots, and other community buildings of multi-family residential apartments. This is a full-time position with full benefits. Pay range: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Complete assigned minor and routine service requests as requested by Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor and assist during the turn process
