Arlington Properties is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to keep our communities in top condition. You will maintain lawns, walkways, and common areas, assist with routine maintenance, and help prepare units for new residents.

Qualifications

• No prior maintenance or landscaping experience required, but reliability and good work ethic are essential.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs and perform daily manual tasks.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation required.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep the grounds, walkways, stairways, and public areas clean and debris-free.
• Assist with routine property maintenance and cleaning tasks.
• Report repair and maintenance needs to the Service Manager.
• Perform basic maintenance and help prepare units for new residents.
• Maintain neat and organized work and storage areas.
• Support the maintenance team with move-outs and turnovers.
• Help with seasonal tasks such as snow or leaf removal.
• Clean and maintain pool areas (where applicable).
• Adhere to all safety and company policies.
