Myan Management Group, LLC. in Sherman, TX is seeking a full-time Groundskeeper to maintain outdoor spaces and ensure safety across our properties. You will inspect grounds, perform landscaping tasks, operate edgers and blowers, and respond promptly to hazards.

This role is typically 40+ hours per week with some weekend shifts. We offer competitive pay starting at $17–$19 per hour plus benefits including health insurance and PTO.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain property, buildings, and equipment for safety and cleanliness.
• Remove trash, debris, and obstacles from common areas and grounds.
• Perform landscaping, irrigation, painting, exterior repairs, and pool maintenance as directed.
• Operate edgers, blowers, power washers, and pool/spa systems safely.
• Report safety hazards and assist in corrective actions.
• Take pride in keeping the property looking its best.

Myan Management Group, LLC. is actively seeking a full-time Groundskeeper in Sherman, TX to clean assigned areas and maintain the property in an attractive, safe, and high-quality condition, while also providing great customer service. If this sounds like you, please read on! This groundskeeper position offers competitive pay starting at $17-19 per hour, depending on the property size. A Day in the Life of a Groundskeeper

As a Groundskeeper, you play a key role in maintaining the overall appearance and condition of our property. You will:

• Inspect and maintain the property, buildings, and equipment to ensure they are safe, clean, and functional.
• Remove trash, debris, and obstacles from common areas including grounds, parking lots, roads, amenity spaces, breezeways, stairwells, and dumpsters.
• Perform groundskeeping duties such as landscaping, irrigation, painting, exterior repairs, and pool maintenance.
• Operate equipment like edgers, blowers, power washers, compactors, and pool and spa systems.
• Report and assist in correcting safety hazards in a timely manner.
• Take pride in keeping the property looking its best!

Qualifications

• Ability to work as scheduled and as needed, including weekends.
• Able to safely operate electrical and gas-powered equipment (pool/spa pumps, edger, blower, etc.).

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position, typically 40 hours or more per week, including some weekend shifts.
