ConAm Management Corporation is seeking a Groundskeeper for Parkside Terrace in San Jose, CA. The role covers grounds maintenance, building exteriors, and leasing-office areas at a multi-family community.

This full-time position includes a comprehensive benefits package and an hourly pay range of $23.00–$26.00. The candidate should have at least 1 year of grounds experience, strong customer-service skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Clear debris from vacant units and prepare for turn/make-ready; manage trash disposal.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For: We are seeking a Groundskeeper to join our team at Parkside Terrace in San Jose, CA. This position is responsible for the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots, and other community buildings of multi-family residential apartments. This is a full-time position with full benefits. Pay range: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete assigned minor and routine service requests as requested by Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor and assist during the turn process
• Inspect the community throughout the day to remove debris, and ensure all common areas and amenities are always neat and free of litter, (including but not limited to; lawns, planting beds, parking areas, sidewalks, ramps, hallways, lobbies, stairwells, and other common interior areas).
• Remove debris and remaining items from vacant units prior to starting the make-ready process, transfer trash to dumpster or storage area as applicable, and clean and maintain storage areas.
• Other duties as assigned.

Who You Are: (Requirements of the Position)

We are looking for someone witha passion for helping residents to maintain their exterior living environment & keeping the canvas of the community clean and beautiful.

• 1+ years of grounds experience preferred
• Demonstrated excellence in customer relations and interpersonal communications
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and multi-task effectively
• Strong attention to detail and highly developed organizational skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
