WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a Groundskeeper to join our team at a community in the Reno, Nevada area. This position is Full-Time | Hourly | Sunday through Thursday - 8 am to 5 pm | Full Benefits.

Pay Range: $16.00 - $17.00 / Hour

We are looking for someone with a passion for helping residents maintain their exterior living environment and keeping the canvas of the community clean and beautiful.

• You are able to use simple tools, such as paint brushes, rollers, spray equipment, ladders, solvents, cleaners, tape, and coverings, as well as power tools, such as snakes, jack hammers, electrical test devices, grinders, drills, and saws.
• You have a passion for customer service and providing an excellent presentation of your work.
• Basic experience with property maintenance and/or landscaping.
• You possess good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• You have a passion for helping others.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
