Groundskeeper

Job Title: Groundskeeper

Division: Multifamily

Status: Non-Exempt

JOB SUMMARY

In the Groundskeeper role, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of the property to enhance its curb appeal.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with the maintenance team to care for grounds, buildings, and amenities.
• Perform daily upkeep of the property buildings and grounds, including cleaning and trash removal.
• Maintain, repair, and inventory all supplies and equipment.
• Landscape the community as instructed.
• Assist the maintenance team with minor repairs and services.
• Rake, sweep, shovel, and salt as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least one year of groundskeeping or relevant experience.
• Proficient use of manual and power tools.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines.
• Attention to detail and excellent listening skills.
• Ability to follow directions.
