Balfour Beatty Communities in Pensacola is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the appearance and cleanliness of our community and provide world-class service to residents.
You will perform grounds maintenance, safety checks, assist with unit prep, and respond to routine and emergency maintenance requests. A valid driver’s license and ability to work nights or weekends are required; a $500 net sign-on bonus may be available.

Regularly use hands to manipulate tools, machinery, equipment, supplies, and office equipment. Frequently stand, reach with hands and arms, climb ladders, balance, and stoop. Sit and stand to do clerical work. Regularly lift and move equipment and supplies up to 75lbs.
Work is performed in and outside a maintenance/machinery environment and in and outside residential properties. Employee frequently interacts directly with residents, maintenance and communities’ staff during the workday.
