Position Purpose

This safety-sensitive position is responsible for maintaining the exterior grounds of the property, ensuring adherence to company guidelines, and achieving resident satisfaction. The position requires accompanying designated office hours at each community location to ensure effective operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Property Appearance/Upkeep: Keep the property neat, clean, and well-maintained. Conduct daily exterior inspections to ensure cleanliness and curb appeal. Cross-utilization with maintenance duties may be required.
2. Pool Maintenance: Perform daily chemical inspections, maintenance, and cleaning to meet city codes and company standards.
3. Customer Service: Ensure resident satisfaction and be available for on-call emergencies such as snow removal, upon request by the Community Manager.
4. Light Maintenance: Assist maintenance personnel with light maintenance tasks as requested.
5. Perform other duties as needed.

Position Requirements

Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.

Experience/Abilities: Ability to follow directions, flexibility, customer service experience is a plus, pool certification if applicable.

Physical & Cognitive Demands: Frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting, lifting up to 110 pounds, squatting, reaching, climbing stairs/ladders, balancing.

If driving is involved:

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Reliable transportation and insurability at standard rates.
• Proof of auto liability insurance when using personal vehicles for work.

Candidates must pass a background check, drug screen, and physical demand analysis when applicable.
