Job summary

Pegasus Residential in Orlando is seeking a Community Housekeeping/Grounds specialist for a full-time on-site role. You will maintain cleanliness and curb appeal across the community including grounds, amenities, exteriors, and the leasing office in addition to parking areas.

You will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to meet appearance and operational standards and assist in preparing vacant apartments for move-in while handling resident service requests as directed.
