Job summary

Lifestyle Communities is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain grounds and common areas at one of our luxury apartment communities. You will remove debris from the clubhouse, pool, fitness center, driveways and other shared spaces, and perform landscaping tasks to preserve curb appeal.

In this role you will open the pool daily, ensure pool furniture is arranged for the season, and supervise a small maintenance team while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in maintenance, grounds or landscaping preferred.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license required; ability to operate equipment.

Responsibilities

• Remove debris from clubhouse, pool, fitness center, driveways and other common areas to maintain curb appeal.
• Perform landscaping tasks including weeding, mulching, and bed maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness of pet waste stations and trash areas as needed.
• Open pool daily and arrange pool furniture for the season.
• Attend scheduled shifts and work with a maintenance team under supervision.
