Job summary

Lifestyle Communities (LC) is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain diverse outdoor spaces at a luxury apartment community in Murfreesboro, TN. You’ll perform grounds tasks, assist with pool prep, and ensure daily upkeep to enhance curb appeal.

The role requires a High School diploma and a valid driver’s license, with prior grounds/maintenance experience preferred. Join a team focused on quality and community culture at LC.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous maintenance, grounds or landscaping experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Remove debris from clubhouse, pool, fitness center, driveways and common areas to keep grounds clean.
• Perform landscaping tasks: tending green spaces, weeding, mulching, sweeping, power washing, and snow shoveling as needed.
• Uphold curb appeal with trash removal or compaction where required.
• Open pool daily and arrange pool furniture for the season.
• Attend scheduled shifts at the assigned location daily.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations at one of our luxury apartment communities.Who You Are:Removes debris from clubhouse, pool, fitness center, driveways and other common residential areas to ensure property grounds remain clean.Performs necessary landscaping tasks that may include tending to green spaces, weeding, mulching or landscaping beds, sweeping and power washing stairwells and other common areas, and shoveling snow on walkways during inclement weather.Performs tasks to ensure upkeep and curb appeal to the community, such as trash removal or trash compaction as needed.Opens pool daily, ensures all pool furniture is arranged properly in season.Attends scheduled work shifts at assigned location on a daily basis.What You’ll Bring:High School degreePrevious maintenance, grounds or landscaping work experienceHold a valid, unrestricted driver's license and have the ability to operate tools and equipment while adhering to all required safety standards at all times.How We’ll Take Care of You:At LC, we pride ourselves on taking care of our team members.
