This temporary position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and mentorship towards a Maintenance Technician role. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with some related experience and/or training
• Willingness to learn maintenance skills and grow within the company
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to walk the property regularly and climb stairs/ladders as needed
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 100 pounds
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the community grounds
• Assist with building upkeep, amenities, and common areas
• Complete make-readies, punch items, and assist in preparing apartment homes for new residents
• Support the maintenance team with light repairs and tasks as needed
• Ensure timely and courteous service to residents and team members
• Maintain tools, equipment, and organized work areas
• Follow OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing guidelines at all times
