Job summary

Lifestyle Communities (LC) in New Albany, OH is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to support on-site facilities at one of our luxury apartment communities. You will handle resident work orders, perform preventive maintenance, and collaborate with a team to keep outdoor spaces pristine.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of residential property or facilities experience, a valid driver's license, and a commitment to safety and quality in every task.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential apartment or facilities management experience.
• Proven customer experience delivery with strong time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to operate tools and equipment safely.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Completes resident work orders promptly and provides outstanding customer experiences.
• Assists with upkeep of community grounds, clubhouses, buildings, pools, and other common areas to meet quality standards.
• Cleans work areas and uses company tools safely and per safety guidelines.
• Handles emergency service calls on rotation and assists with seasonal tasks such as pool maintenance or snow removal.
• Maintains curb appeal and supports pet waste and trash removal as needed.
