Description

We are looking for an experienced groundskeeper for our property located in Mount Prospect, IL. The ideal candidate takes pride in property cleanliness and appearance.

Rate of Pay: $20.00/hr

Position Qualifications and Responsibilities

• Previous groundskeeper experience in a residential community is preferred
• Must be available to work Saturdays
• Great attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Walk grounds daily to ensure cleanliness
• Remove trash and debris from outdoor areas
• Report hazardous conditions and issues with landscaping
• Assist with light maintenance and snow removal as needed
• Report outages and provide excellent customer service to residents and guests
