Snowfarm Apartments in Missoula, MT is hiring a Groundskeeper to maintain sidewalks, common areas, courtyards, and outdoor spaces. The position offers a zero-cost employee medical plan, a 401(k) match, and an employee housing discount.

The role runs Sunday–Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with an on-call rotation, and requires reporting to the Community Manager or Maintenance Supervisor. Roundhouse emphasizes safety, reliability, and a welcoming presence on site.

Formación

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Receive direction, priorities, and daily assignments from the Community Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
• Conduct daily inspections to keep sidewalks, curbs, walkways, parking lots, and building exteriors clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Sweep and blow common areas, removing trash, debris, and pet waste as needed.
• Keep courtyards, swimming pools, and outdoor grilling areas clean and presentable.
• Assist with snow and ice removal during winter months.
• Perform light maintenance such as replacing bulbs, touching up paint, and maintaining exterior surfaces.
• Report maintenance needs and safety concerns promptly to the Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order, and store materials properly after use.
• Complete assigned groundskeeping tasks on time in maintenance software.
• Follow safety procedures in the Employee Handbook, operational SOPs, OSHA standards, and on-equipment labels.
• Represent Roundhouse with a professional, welcoming presence.
