Job summary

The Management Group is seeking a Groundskeeper/Housekeeper to maintain a first-class community. You will perform daily grounds care, office/amenity cleaning, and apartment touch-ups while supporting the maintenance team. Travel for trainings and events is required as part of this role.

Responsibility includes pool and dog park area maintenance, and collaboration with Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor to ensure compliance with state and local guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous Groundskeeper/Housekeeper experience a plus
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Ability to interact with others in a team environment
• Drug test and background check required
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required

• Daily cleaning of office and amenities
• Turnkey Cleaning and Touch Up Cleaning of Apartments
• Assist Maintenance Team with other tasks
• Learning and assisting with pool maintenance
• Dog Park and Dog Park Station maintenance
• Model Touch Up Cleaning
• Various Maintenance Tasks

As a Groundskeeper you are responsible for the professional, courteous, timely, and satisfactory completion of all assigned duties given by the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor. In total, the Groundskeeper/Housekeeper is responsible for completing the tasks that enable the community to be maintained in a first-class condition. This position reports to the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor. Tasks include, but are not limited to:

Travel Requirements

• Travel is required for trainings, onboarding, and company-led learning sessions.
• Travel may include visiting other TMG-managed communities and attending regional or corporate training events.
• Overnight travel may be required on occasion, depending on training schedules and business needs.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel as needed are required.
