Westminster Communities of Florida is seeking a full-time Groundskeeper to maintain flower beds, shrubs, and irrigation systems across our campus. This role oversees the lawn service contractor and ensures resident dignity, rights, and compliance with regulations.
The position requires a high school diploma or GED with 1-2 years of related landscaping/grounds keeping experience. Candidates should be prepared to perform outdoor work and maintain campus beautification.
We are currently seeking afull-time Groundskeeper. This position is directly responsible for the maintenance of flower beds, shrubs, hedges, and entire irrigation systems. Oversees the performance of the lawn service contractor and performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Maintenance. Preserves residents' dignity, honors resident's rights, provides good customer service, communicates appropriately, and adheres to federal and state compliance regulations.
