Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the resort’s exterior and common areas. Duties include debris removal, power washing, and reporting maintenance concerns to keep the property clean, safe, and welcoming for guests and staff.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift over 50 lbs. The ideal candidate will have open availability, be able to work weekends and holidays, and operate motorized equipment as

• Must have the ability to operate motorized equipment.
• Must be able to lift over 50 lbs.
• Must have the ability to read, write and verbally communicate effectively.
• Must meet company-required motor vehicle policy standards.
• Must have open availability and be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pick up trash, litter, and debris throughout the resort grounds and common areas.
• Power wash walkways, patios, and other outdoor surfaces as needed.
• Regularly inspect and clean common outdoor areas, including entrances, sidewalks, and recreational spaces.
• Remove natural debris such as leaves, branches, and other obstructions.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the maintenance team promptly.
• Assist with minor outdoor upkeep tasks when requested.
• Support special event setups and seasonal property needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:
