We are currently seeking a qualified Groundskeeper/Level 1 Maintenance Technician for our Franklin Estates Mobile Home Parks located at 700 W. Meade Blvd Franklin, TN 37064.

Job Duties

• Oversee curb appeal of the community, including trash pickup, groundskeeping (mowing, planting, weeding)
• Complete home clean outs
• Diagnose and fix water/sewer leaks
• Finish work orders efficiently and timely
• Perform daily duties with minimal supervision
• Adhere to safety laws and regulations
• Conduct inventory checks on equipment and supplies
• Take training classes online/virtually

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or property maintenance
• Ability to be very active: walking, bending, standing, lifting up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
• Willingness to learn and use technology
• Specific maintenance skills will be tested for accuracy
