Job summary

AKAM is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper in Delray Beach, FL to maintain common areas, perform routine lawn and landscape tasks, and support pool area upkeep for condo, HOA, and residential properties.

The role requires a HS diploma, reliability, and strong time-management. Experience with irrigation and a CPO certification is preferred; on-site coordination with the property team is expected.

Qualifications

• H.S Diploma is required.
• Groundskeeping experience in condo/HOA or residential setting.
• CPO certification preferred; irrigation experience.

Responsibilities

• General upkeep of all common property and facilities, including pool area.
• Picking up debris around the property and removal of trash.
• Keep property, landscaping, and management office clean by inspecting the property daily.
• Perform preventative tasks as necessary.
• Replace lightbulbs in common areas and assist with light painting.
• Provide progress updates on work orders and daily tasks; coordinate with on-site team.
• Other duties as assigned by Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager.

Position Overview

The Groundskeeper will perform general grounds maintenance duties, including yard waste cleanup and removal, blowing of pathways, sidewalks, parking lots, pool area, routine plant maintenance, minor property repairs, and inspecting the property.

Responsibilities

• General upkeep of all common property and facilities, including pool area.
• Picking up debris around the property and removal of trash.
• Keep property, landscaping, and management office clean by inspecting the property daily.
• Perform preventative tasks as necessary.
• Replace lightbulbs in common areas.
• Perform light painting duties as necessary.
• Provide progress updates on work orders and daily tasks and coordinate with on-site team.
• Other duties as assigned by Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager.
