Job summary

AKAM is seeking a Groundskeeper in Delray Beach, FL to perform general grounds maintenance, debris removal, and routine property upkeep across common areas including the pool area. You will inspect daily, complete preventative tasks, and assist with light repairs, lighting, and painting as needed.

The role requires a high level of reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic, with irrigation maintenance experience preferred and a CPO certification optional.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• General upkeep of all common property and facilities, including pool area.
• Picking up debris around the property and removal of trash.
• Keep property, landscaping, and management office clean by inspecting the property daily.
• Perform preventative tasks as necessary.
• Replace lightbulbs in common areas.
• Perform light painting duties as necessary.
• Provide progress updates on work orders and daily tasks and coordinate with on-site team.
• Other duties as assigned by Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager.

Position Overview:

The Groundskeeper will perform general grounds maintenance duties, including yard waste cleanup and removal, blowing of pathways, sidewalks, parking lots, pool area, routine plant maintenance, minor property repairs, and inspecting the property.
