Wage range: $15-$18.20

Job Summary:
The Groundskeeper is required to perform all tasks required to maintain the grounds, gardens, walks, and roads in a safe, appealing condition. All Grounds staff is on-call for snow and ice removal in the winter.

Essential Job Specific Duties/Responsibilities:

• Operates all equipment necessary to mow, trim, prune, plant, and spray grass, trees, and shrubbery.
• Maintains all roads, walks, and outdoor lighting in safe working condition and free of hazards.
• Performs routine maintenance and repairs on all equipment and vehicles, along with appropriate documentation.
• Performs a variety of tasks assigned by work orders that relate to the grounds and landscape, including participation in a variety of inside maintenance tasks and projects.
