OPPORTUNITY: GROUNDSKEEPER - DALLAS, TX

DAYS/HOURS REQUIRED: Monday - Friday, 7AM - 4PM

Sares Regis Group seeks a Porter for our 325-unit community, Heights at Park Lane. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in property management.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Cleaning and general housekeeping and grounds clean-up duties.
• Keeping sidewalks clear of trash, debris, snow, and ice.
• Reporting safety risks or repair concerns to supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; at least two months related experience or training, or equivalent.
• Ability to lift heavy items.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Understanding of cleaning solutions and equipment labels.
• Ability to apply safety measures and follow instructions.
• Availability to work weekends and overtime if required.

Salary range: $17.00 - $18.00/hour. Benefits include 401(k) match, rental incentives, bonuses, rental discounts, health insurance, and vacation accrual. Sick time is provided as per law.
