Location: 5555 Spring Valley Rd, Dallas, TX

Property: Ventana Apartments

Property Size: 270 units (market rate)

Employment Duration: Regular, Full-time (Mon.to Sat. (Friday & Saturday are 4-hour shifts)

Salary: $16/hour + renewal bonus + benefits + housing discount

• Has multifamily experience in the role of a Groundskeeper/Housekeeper or Porter.

Your Contributions

• Conduct business in accordance with company policies, Fair Housing laws, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other laws pertaining to multifamily housing.
• Inspect the community on a regular basis and report any needs to the Service Director.
• Participate in all community maintenance duties, including housekeeping, grounds keeping, and make readies.

• Experience with groundskeeping.
• Great attitude and willing spirit.
• Excellent customer service and passion for helping people.
• Attention to safety and the ability to comply with all MSDS Sheets.
• Good communication and attention to detail.
