Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the appearance of our Watervue community, including grounds, pools and buildings. The role supports a clean, safe, and attractive living environment for residents, with opportunities for professional growth and a competitive market-based pay.

You will perform outdoor maintenance, coordinate with vendors, and handle resident communications as part of a collaborative on-site team. A reliable, multi-tasking team player is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance of outdoor spaces and common areas.
• Knowledge of pool maintenance and grounds care is preferred.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cleaning of grounds and common areas.
• Accompany vendors to apartments and coordinate work orders.
• Distribute notices to residents and report issues promptly.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness across the community.
