Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the grounds, pools, and buildings of Park Place at Loyola. The role focuses on keeping the community welcoming and safe by performing regular maintenance and coordinating vendors.

You will be responsible for maintenance, cleaning of common areas, and communicating with residents as needed. A reliable approach and ability to multi-task are key to success in this on-site position.

• Reliable transportation to get to and from work.

The Groundskeeper is responsible for efficiently maintaining the physical appearance of the apartment community’s grounds, pools, and buildings.
