Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the appearance of the apartment community, including outdoor spaces, pools, and buildings. The role requires reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work with vendors and residents in a fast-paced environment.

You will perform general grounds maintenance, assist vendors on-site, and help ensure notices are distributed and problems reported promptly.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of pool maintenance and general grounds care.
• Reliable transportation to get to and from work.
• Punctual, dependable and a self-starter.
• You're a team player and can multi-task.
