Requirements
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one or two years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Prior landscaping and maintenance experience required. Must have a valid Ohio driver’s license. Ability to drive vehicles, including pickup trucks. Must be able to use various hand tools and operate various landscaping equipment, such as, but not limited to tractors with implements, mowers, trimmers, blowers, lawn edgers, chain saws, tow motors and Bobcat skid steers.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts and in outside weather conditions and is regularly exposed to cold, wet and / or hot, humid conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals. The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds.
