Fogelman Properties in Charlotte is seeking a detail-oriented Groundskeeper to maintain the Autumn Park Apartments grounds, common areas, and amenities. A valid Driver’s License is required for this position and weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and cleans the property grounds, common areas, and amenities.
• Picks up and maintains community grounds.
• Cleans the office and amenity areas.
• Removes trash in common areas and operates the trash compactor area.
• Cleans exterior buildings and breezeways (pressure washing).
• Performs minor maintenance (light bulbs) and assists with turnover of make-ready apartments.
• Weekend work may be required.
• Adheres to safety and Fair Housing policies.
• Other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate possesses experience as a Groundskeeper at an apartment community, is dedicated and detail-oriented, a team player, and provides exceptional customer service skills. A valid Driver’s License is required for this position.

Summary

The Groundskeeper maintains and ensures cleanliness of the property which includes the grounds, all common areas, and amenities.
