Job summary

EmergencyMD is seeking a grounds maintenance worker to support golf course and landscape areas, performing routine manual labor and basic construction tasks. The role requires operating small hand-powered tools and motorized vehicles to keep grounds in top condition.

You must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and willing to work weekends and holidays. A Texas Class C driver's license is required, and on-site work in all weather conditions is expected.

Job description

PRIMARY DUTY

Performs routine manual labor involved in golf course maintenance, landscape area and construction/maintenance work; operates small hand-powered tools and equipment and operates motorized vehicles; occasionally performs work involving large equipment such as tractors, loaders and gang mowers.

NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Knowledge of methods and materials used in grounds and landscape area construction/maintenance work
• Able to use hand/power tools and equipment
• Able to follow oral and written directions
• Able to work indoors/outdoors and operate a motorized vehicle
• Must be 18 years old

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES REQUIRED

• Valid Class "C" Texas Drivers License with good driving record
