Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC in Tennessee is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the grounds, amenities, and curb appeal to attract new residents. The role requires attention to detail, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

You will perform tasks such as trash removal, pressure washing, and coordinating minor repairs, while upholding safety policies. RAM offers PTO, holidays, health/dental/vision, 401(k) match, and company-paid insurance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Willing to work weekends and flexible hours.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Inspect grounds daily and remove trash, debris, and pet waste.
• Operate the trash compactor.
• Remove trash and items from vacant apartments.
• Pressure wash breezeways and common areas.
• Address safety hazards in inclement weather.
• Complete routine service tickets as requested.
• Provide professional customer service to residents, staff and vendors.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Compensation

$19 to $20 per hour

Overview

Vintage Century Farms is looking for a Groundskeeper who thrives off using their attention to detail by maintaining the grounds, amenities, and overall curb appeal to attract new residents.

Responsibilities

• Inspects grounds daily and removes trash, debris, and pet waste to meet company standards
• Runs the trash compactor
• Remove trash and remaining items from vacant apartments
• Pressure wash breezeways and common areas
• In inclement weather, perform tasks to keep sidewalks and building access free of hazards
• Complete assigned minor and routine service tickets as requested
• Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff and vendors in a professional manner
• Adheres to all safety policies and procedures
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s license is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
