Responsibilities

• Perform manual grounds maintenance such as lifting and moving materials.
• Rake leaves, maintain shrubs, plants, trees, and flowers.
• Mow, weed, seed, and maintain lawn areas; provide snow removal and winter grounds care.
• Operate and maintain lawn tools and machinery; apply treatments and prune as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and report issues to the supervisor.

What You’ll Be Doing

Grounds & Site Maintenance

• Perform manual labor including lifting/moving materials
• Rake and care for leaves, shrubs, plants, trees, and flowers
• Weed, mow, thatch, seed, and maintain lawn areas
• Provide snow removal and winter grounds care
• Assist with janitorial tasks and general property sanitation
• Performs general labor duties including debris removal, trash hauling and disposal, and site sanitation.

Equipment & Safety

• Operate and maintain lawn tools and mechanical equipment
• Safely apply treatments and sprays, prune shrubs and trees
• Maintain work sites in organized, clean condition
• Follow safety protocols and report any issues to the supervisor

Collaboration & Other Duties

• Work closely with other department staff as needed
• Receive assignments via written or verbal instructions
• Complete miscellaneous tasks as assignedAbility to work independently and also with other team members
