Job summary

• Keep sidewalks, driveways, and parking areas clean and safe, including snow/ice removal when applicable.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and irrigation systems.
• Perform minor repairs on outdoor fixtures such as fences, benches, and signage.
• Monitor grounds for safety hazards and report issues promptly.
• Assist with seasonal landscaping projects and general upkeep.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
