Mount St. Mary’s University is seeking a Grounds Worker to perform duties assigned by supervision, focusing on general landscaping and grounds maintenance. The role requires ability to lift and manage outdoor tasks and to work across campus as needed.

• Snow removal duties during winter season as required
• Wear the uniform provided by MSMU and present a professional appearance

• Must be knowledgeable of all basic aspects of general landscaping, including planting, pruning, shearing, mulching, mowing, trimming, blowing, leaf removal, snow removal, watering, policing grounds, trash removal, paver or wall installations, grading and turf renovation, sod installation, fertilizer and pesticide application, weeding, tree removal, and basic computer/record keeping.

• Must be willing and able to work independently without supervision.

Salary/Benefits
