Northwest Center in Seattle seeks a Grounds Worker to join our team, performing mowing, edging, weeding, pruning and operating power equipment to maintain outdoor spaces.

This full-time role offers schedule Monday–Friday, 7 AM–3:30 PM, competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, paid time off, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Work experience in landscape maintenance is preferred.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Punctual with good attendance.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Acceptable 5-year driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, and operate power equipment.
• Maintain neat outdoor spaces and safety during landscaping tasks.
• Adhere to the schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM.

As a vital member of our team, you’ll be engaged in landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, and operating power equipment.

Location: Seattle, WA

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM

Wage Range: $23.07 - $26.00 Per Hour

Additional Compensation: $4.93 Per Hour H&W
