Indiana Wesleyan University invites applications for a Groundskeeping position within the Facilities Management team. Serve the campus community by performing snow removal, lawn care, landscaping, waste disposal, and general grounds maintenance under the Director of Grounds and Landscaping.
The role requires work in extreme weather, physical labor up to 75 lbs, attention to detail, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Serve the campus community in the capacity determined by the Director of Grounds and Landscaping. Responsibilities could include: Snow Removal; Campus Lawn Care; Campus Landscaping; Campus Waste Disposal/Recycling; General Grounds Care and Facilities Maintenance; and Perform Other Related Duties as Assigned. Adhere to any safety regulations and standards spelled out in the IWU safety policy and or dictated by trainings. Comply with any processes and procedures established by Facilities management and or Indiana Wesleyan University administration.
