Job summary

Indiana Wesleyan University is seeking a Facilities Services Temp (Academic Year) to support the IWU Marion campus in maintenance, housekeeping, or grounds care as assigned by the Facilities Services Director. Responsibilities include performing general maintenance, housekeeping, and grounds care, following safety policies, and complying with university procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma (completed or in progress).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Excellent organizational, problem solving and communication skills.
• Excellent decision-making skills.
• Valid driver's license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve the campus community in General Maintenance, Housekeeping, or Grounds Care as directed by the Director.
• Adhere to IWU safety policy.
• Comply with Facilities Management procedures; may require overtime.
