Burnet Consolidated ISD is seeking a Grounds Worker to maintain safe and attractive district grounds and athletic fields. You will mow, prune, plant, and perform routine maintenance across district properties.
Responsibilities include following a scheduled maintenance plan, inspecting and repairing sprinkler systems, and assisting with field preparations for games. A high school diploma or GED and a Texas driver's license are preferred.

Primary Purpose: Maintain safe and attractive grounds and landscaping for the district. Maintain athletic fields.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification: High school diploma or GED preferred
Clear and valid Texas driver%s license
Special Knowledge/Skills: Knowledge of minor repair techniques and building and grounds maintenance
Ability to read and understand instructions for maintenance and safety procedures
Ability to operate lawn care equipment and lift heavy equipment
Ability to operate power-driven equipment
Ability to respond after hours when needed
Ability to understand detailed written or oral instructions
Ability to communicate effectively
