Edward Rose & Sons is seeking a Grounds Technician to join the on-site team at Waverly Park Apartments in Lansing, MI. You will maintain the property grounds and assist with landscape tasks to create a welcoming living environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Ability to shovel snow and spread salt during snow season.
• Work outdoors in temperatures above 90°F or below 32°F.

Responsibilities

• General upkeep and cleanliness of the apartment community.
• Upkeep of parking lots, grounds, corridors, stairwells, laundry rooms, and mechanical rooms.
• Collecting and removing trash as needed.
• Weeding beds and edging landscapes.
• Monitor irrigation to ensure proper watering.
• Repair sprinkler heads and lines as required.
• Report unhealthy plants to management.
• Raking, blowing, or sweeping sidewalks and lots.
