TLC Properties is hiring a Grounds Tech to maintain the appearance and cleanliness of our communities under supervision of the Property Manager and Facilities Manager. The role uses standard groundskeeping tools with PPE and requires a valid driver’s license. Experience in landscaping or custodial work is a plus.

Qualifications

• Groundskeeping experience preferred.
• Driver's license required.
• Some landscaping or custodial experience preferred.
• Able to perform snow and ice removal in winter.

Responsibilities

• Perform general groundskeeping duties to maintain clean, safe communities.
• Operate standard groundskeeping tools and equipment with PPE.
• Assist with custodial tasks as needed.
• Maintain basic reports and prioritize tasks.
• Report safety hazards and follow SDS guidelines.
