• Conduct routine inspections of parking structures, sidewalks, parking lots, and campus grounds for cleanliness and safety.
• Train employees on equipment operation, safety procedures, customer service expectations, and policies.
• Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Maintain attendance records, schedules, equipment logs, and daily activity documentation.
